Pin-detection is handled by a state-of-the-art high-speed CCD camera positioned in front of the pin deck. The camera is protected by a streamlined cover similar in design to the actual ball return hood designed by Pininfarina. The cameras are controlled and adjusted by the front desk. The Switch system also measures the ball speed, thus giving your bowlers additional data on their performance.
